We had our first teaching expereince today. We traveled to Pangliu Village, a rural village on the outskirts of Xian. We were greeted like we were royality with the band playing the the entire village people lining the street leading up to the school. Ms. Larson and I taught a grade 3 class. The students were very cute and did a good job!
We were treated to lunch at the home of one of the village families and got a glimps into the homelife of the people in the village.
